They take initiative, are comfortable with risk, encourage independence, and support the intellectual development of followers.

Conflict Resolution: Flexible and tolerant of a wide range of behavior from others, INTPs favor a calm atmosphere and view conflict as a waste of time and resources. When it is inevitable that they take a proactive approach, INTPs promote and respect the autonomy of others and search for unemotional, logical regulation.

Communication Style: Independent and confidant, INTPs project a quiet, calm, and detached demeanor. They appreciate elegance, efficiency and simplicity, like brevity and succinctness, and communicate only those elements deemed essential. They pursue through expertise, logical analysis, and long-range strategies. They are persuaded by fact-based ideas and long-range strategies.

As Entrepreneurs: INTPs have an imperial ability to analyze complex problems and find unorthodox solutions. They place high value on personal competence and hold themselves to constantly intensifying high standards. The organizations they develop emphasize purpose and vision. They are in constant search of new and unique possibilities. INTPs need to augment their natural abilities with others who take time to focus on day-to-day operations, interpersonal issues.
