Our staff has years of experience at senior levels of industrial management and military leadership. We are also experienced and trained in the latest psychological concepts and can bring both conceptual and "hands on" expertise to our clients.
Our services include:
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. This instrument is used for leadership, team building, career planning and personal growth issues. Worldwide, it is the most frequently used instrument of its type. We are certified to administer this assessment.
Organizational or individual coaching. We can work with specific individuals, including upper management, on a one-on-one basis to target improvement in reaching specific goals.
Conflict Management. Conflict is a normal part of life. We can help individuals identify five common conflict modes and how to adapt to each.
Career Counseling. We provide individual counseling for those looking for career change or for students determining career and curriculum paths.
Entrepreneurial Evaluation. This program is designed to aid those contemplating starting a business or those already involved, but needing advice.
Childhood Counseling. Our program for children grades 2-6 is designed to contribute to the intelligent rearing, teaching, counseling, and overall understanding of children.
Personal Growth. We offer ongoing direction for individuals simply interested in their personality behaviors and how these relate to their everyday lives.
Assessments and tools we provide
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. This instrument is used for leadership, team building, career planning and personal growth issues. Worldwide, it is the most frequently used instrument of its type. We are certified to administer this assessment.
The Strong Interest Inventory ®. This instrument is invaluable in determining career path and scholastic curriculum. We frequently apply it in conjunction with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®. We are certified to administer this assessment.
Situational Leadership®. Over the past forty years this is the most utilized leadership approach presently in use. We are pleased to be certified to present this approach to leadership for organizations looking for operational improvement.
Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument®. This assessment is designed to condense complicated conflict situations into five manageable approaches to overcoming tense and destructive behaviors.
Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children®. This unique assessment applies the principles of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® to children whose reading level ranges from grades 2-6. It is excellent for helping children adapt to peer groups and to understanding school requirements and content.
The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior™ (FIRO-B®) assessment can help you to maximize the influence of your actions, identify options for increasing job satisfaction and productivity, and explore alternative means of goal accomplishment.
For those not attending seminars or organizational meetings, all of our assessments are available online to individuals, organizations, and outside counselors. Results are normally available one day following completion of the assessment. Included with the assessment report is our written analysis of the results and unlimited phone feedback consultation.
